How to Measure Your Rooms for Carpet or Vinyl
- Draw out a rough sketch of your rooms.
- Measure all the walls, dont forget to go into the doorways.
- Allow 5cms on each measurment for fitting.
- Once you have selected a carpet or floor covering find out which widths are available and buy the width that best fits your room.
- If joins are required try to place them away from high traffic areas.
